I am in my apartment sweating hot because they turned on the heat this morning while it was nice out. Sure… but

IT WASN’T ON ALL NIGHT WHEN IT WAS 40 DEGREES OUTSIDE

‘Heat included’ implies that there is going to be heat when it gets cold outside.

Also, the elevators don’t work properly again today AND the front door is acting up so getting into the building is a pain in the ass.

AHHH!!!!!
